Today, organizations invest a lot in technology to increase their access to Information. Computer has become one of the important tools used in the areas of organizational and individual fields and different organizations have used it for different goals that police organizations are not exception, but the final outcome that organizations are expected from this technology is improve efficiency, quality and promoting the impact of organization. This is achieved only if this system technology could be used. Therefore its Adaption and application is important as the technology itself. Knowing the factors that influence the acceptance of IT we can anticipate the amount it is used. This paper tries investigating the factors influence the acceptance of IT by the user and specially police officers. For this study, four models: reasoned action, planned behavior, theory of decomposed planned behavior and the technology acceptance model were studied. The results showed that perceived usefulness, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, previous experience and self-efficacy are the factors that have influence on acceptance of IT by the police.

The goal of this article is to proposing a conceptual model explaining the Information Systems Integration. In this paper, passing the concept of Intra-Organizational Information Systems Integration, we emphasis on the concept of Inter-Organizational Integration. The problem is what the Information Systems Integration is, and which problems the organizations face. The method using in this research is a four step method proposed according to the system thinking and related theories in this domain. Due to the fact that, emphasizing on the Inter-Organizational Information Systems, at the first step we draw an expanded conceptual model of the Organizational Informatics Doman between the two organizations. After that, this model expands within the network of organizations. This model has a lot of applications. For example, using this model, we can provide a list of the important and required managerial and technical issues for the successful implementation of Integration projects, which these expensive projects and programs will fail without this notification. Moreover, aggregating cognitive propositions extracting from this model, we are able to achieve an initial theory regarding Information Systems Integration.

Commanding and controlling soft power in the armed forces in the form of a unique and extensive network are able to achieve these purposes only through unity, effort, coordination, common language, the establishment of interactions, and exchanges of Information and operations with other states and military organizations. Comprehensive, united and unified network in a coherent structure is one of the characteristics of this network. Its distinctive feature is the collection of Information and news, its processing and coordination, adaptation and Integration of Information, as well as the dissemination of the news and Information to all command centers and soft power control required in terms of authorized access to the Information. In this research, a new model of soft power commanding and controling for the armed forces is provided.

PACS is used as a way to store images and matches well with the workflow in the radiology department and can spread to other parts of hospital. Integration with other PACS and other hospital systems like radiology Information system (RIS), hospital Information system (HIS), and electronic patient records has been completely done, but there are still problems.PACS also provide good conditions for setting up Tele-radiology. The next step for PACS is where hospitals and health care organizations share photos in integrated electronic patient record. Among the different ways for sharing photos between different hospitals, IHE (integrating the health care enterprise) standard indexes the cross-enterprise document sharing profile (XDS) and allows sharing photos from various hospitals even if their PACS has different brands and different vendors.Application of XDS is useful for sharing images between health care organizations without duplicating them in a central archive. Images need to be indexed in a central registry. In the XDS profile, IHE defines an indexing mechanism for printing and indexing images in the central document registry. IHE also defines mechanisms to be used by each hospital to retrieve images, regardless of storing them in hospital PACS.
